From my experience and my standpoint I believe you are brave in confronting your anxiety in the way you did. Of course I’m sure there are stories where you may have curled up in a ball or isolated as I have but to know that there is the choice to push through our fears is welcoming and encouraging. The fact that you are vulnerable and humble enough to share this is freeing. Thank you for letting us into your world as it is with no pretense. It is the people with the courage to show us true humanity in it’s frailness and beauty that help us begin to explore life’s journey. Thank you Brooke.

It takes an incredible amount of bravery to do something like live post while feeling like that, I don’t think I would have been able to do it.
The way you always handle and face things like this is so inspiring. It seems that there are very few that can handle their stress and anxiety these days, and non that handle it in such positive ways, it’s beautiful!
