dreaming big is hugely important (because why dream small when you can dream huge??) and i’m starting to realise there’s absolutely no reason why those huge dreams can’t be reality, I just have to be all in and start.

so excited about life right now.

I’ve been feeling a bit stagnant lately because I haven’t shot in a few weeks, but this week I’m planning out a few things that I’m getting ready to shoot, and they’re really exciting projects. One is going to be a series of photographs that challenges the viewpoint that some people carry that, “if I just had this camera, my work would be better”. The best camera truly is the one in your hands. I want it to challenge the viewer to really work and master with the tools in there hand. The kind of direction I wish I had had a few years ago. It’s a series I’d like to take to a gallery once completed, hopefully within a few months.

Another is I’m going to be working on a children’s book with a good friend of mine! I’m very excited about that in particular. It will be a great challenge.

I hope that these things help other people feel inspired and hopefully they’ll bring change to my life as well – hopefully one step forward to achieving my dreams.
