I’ve looked into other artist retreats and have been a bit scared to act on them ~ but this is exactly what I need to do: I need to do things that scare me. Next year I’ll be more financially prepared for an artist retreat; until then, I may find my own version of a retreat and just immerse myself in it for a long weekend.

Side note ~ If anyone is interested, an Australian couple recently purchased a the 13th-Century Château de Gudanes in Château-Verdun (South of France). They have workshops this Summer, and you can follow their blog as they restore the chateau. It’s a story of endless surprises as they uncover hidden rooms and Medieval artwork.

Thought about and said to myself. “Self” you need to go! I can figure it all out later.. Haven’t stopped thinking how fun it will be since I decided..

Hi Heather! I will check on that for you 🙂 I’m sure someone will though, it is usually a good mix and typically a lot from the US come over 🙂

Hi Luca! It will be in English – sadly I wish I knew Italian but never learned that language.
